FULL-STACK SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Hi, I’m Suhaib Qanooni.

Complex problems.
Clear solutions.

I build reliable software for teams with complex work. For more than seven years, I’ve turned difficult workflows into practical digital products across healthcare, government, and business operations.

02 / ABOUT ME

I build with the people
who use the product in mind.

Good software should make difficult work feel simpler.

I’m a full-stack software engineer from Afghanistan with more than seven years of experience. I’ve built systems for licensing healthcare facilities, tracking medicine supplies, managing finances, and coordinating logistics.

I currently work with the World Health Organization (WHO), contributing to digital health and national-scale information systems. Previously, I helped build enterprise logistics and business platforms at Peace Global Logistics LLC (PGL).

I work across the stack, from the interface people see to the services and data behind it. I care about clear code, honest collaboration, and delivering work the team can depend on.

ENGINEERING IN PRACTICE

Building the whole system, not just one part.

Frontend, backend, and data decisions work better when they are made together.

01

Clear, responsive interfaces

I turn complex workflows into screens that feel simple, fast, and easy to use on any device.

ReactNext.jsTypeScript
Less friction for every user
02

Backend systems built to last

I build APIs and services around real business rules, so the system stays secure and easier to grow.

03

Data people can trust

I structure data and reporting so teams can understand their finances, inventory, and operations with confidence.

04

Ownership from start to launch

I stay involved from planning and development through deployment, feedback, and ongoing improvement.

05 / MY APPROACH

Start with the problem.
Build the right solution.

A straightforward process that keeps the team aligned and the work moving.

SYSTEM THINKING

Plan the system before the code gets complicated.

Clear boundaries and early decisions help the team move faster with fewer surprises.

01

Understand the problem

I learn how people work, where they lose time, and what the system must improve before choosing a solution.

A clear, shared goal
02

Design the foundation

I map the data, screens, and services, then make practical choices for security, maintenance, and future growth.

A plan the team can build
03

Build and review

I deliver useful features in small steps, review them with the team, and adjust quickly when we learn something new.

Working software, early
04

Launch and improve

I test the critical workflows, support the release, and use real feedback to improve what comes next.

A product that keeps improving
